High School Preseason Training

Calling all City Lax High School Girls and Boys. Sign-up for pre-season training to get physically and mentally prepared for the spring lacrosse season.

No prior strength or speed training is required. This is one of the best things you can do prior to the spring.

7 Weeks on Sundays and Tuesdays (January 5 - February 16)

Times:

  • Sundays: 9:30am-11:30am (speed/strength and mental health)
  • Tuesdays: 7:00-8:00 PM (speed/strength training)

About the trainers

Patrick Nolan - Owner/Founder of Pivotal Sports Performance

Patrick has worked with hundreds of athletes ranging from 7 years old to professional athletes (NFL, MLB, NHL, PLL, NLL). Patrick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Patrick has also completed all three phases of EXOS Sports Performance Mentorship in San Diego, CA and is a certified EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS). Patrick also holds his Level 1 certification in Functional Movement Screen (FMS).

Sydney Prokupek - Founder of Snap Mental Performance

Raised in Colorado and grew up playing competitive lacrosse, eventually playing Division III lacrosse at Wesleyan University. My journey through sport has brought lots of highs and lows — from championships to career-ending injuries and everything in between. These personal experiences fuel my passion for helping athletes navigate their own unique paths in sports.

I graduated with a Bachelor's in Neuroscience & Behavior from Wesleyan University. I've combined my love for athletics, my passion for helping people, and education in psychology/neuroscience. I am currently pursuing a master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology and am on track to earn my CMPC certification in 2025. Additionally, as a certified Mindfulness Meditation Coach, I bring an additional layer of expertise to mental performance training.

Calling all City Lax High School Players (Girls and Boys)!

Sign-up for pre-season speed, strength, and mental health training. We're partnering with Patrick Nolan from Pivotal Sports Performance and Sydney Prokupek from Snap Mental Performance to create a pre-season program sure to get City Lax high school girls and boys physically and mentally prepared for the 2026 spring lacrosse season.
