Join us for Lacrosse 101, a beginner-friendly class introducing the basics of lacrosse! Players will learn fundamental skills like passing, catching, shooting, and positioning in a fun, supportive environment. No prior experience needed—just come ready to move, learn, and have fun. This will be great prior to the Spring Lacrosse Season!

Lacrosse 101 - PRESEASON '26
Lacrosse 101 is the perfect introduction to the fastest game on two feet! Over three weeks, players will learn the fundamentals of the sport—scooping ground balls, passing and catching, shooting, and basic game play—through fun, age-appropriate drills and activities.
No experience is necessary, and equipment will be provided for new players. Our goal is to build confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game while keeping things fast-paced and fun. Open to boys and girls in 1st through 8th grade.
